• To pack, hand over or deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To keep records of sales as required for bookkeeping.

Who can see it

Only our shop staff can see your order details, and only through the staff area of this site. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Our website hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Payment screenshots

Screenshots are stored only so staff can verify a payment and resolve any dispute. Please do not upload images containing more sensitive information than needed to show the transfer.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for bookkeeping and for handling returns or disputes, then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and analytics

Your basket is stored in your own browser so it survives a page reload. If analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand how the shop is used in aggregate.

Your rights
