1. Who we are

2. Placing an order

You can order without creating an account. You must give a correct name and mobile number so we can contact you about your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy — a contract is formed only when we confirm your order after verifying your payment.

3. Prices and availability

• All prices are shown including any applicable taxes.
• Items sold by weight or volume are priced per unit; small natural variation in the packed weight is possible.
• If an item is unavailable we contact you to agree a replacement, a smaller quantity or a refund for that item.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirming an order and will tell you if we do.

4. Payment

Payment is made by mobile transfer before the order is confirmed. You must upload a legible screenshot of the transfer. We verify each payment manually. If the payment cannot be verified we reject the order and explain why, and you may upload new proof.

5. Pickup

Pickup is available during our shop opening hours in the time slot you select. Please collect your order in the chosen slot. Perishable items not collected on the day may be discarded without a refund.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the cities, days and time windows published on our delivery information page, subject to the delivery fee, minimum order value and cut-off time shown for each. You must give a complete address and be reachable on the mobile number provided. If nobody can receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Changes and cancellation

You may ask to change or cancel an order until we confirm it and begin packing. After that we may not be able to make changes.

8. Your use of the site

Do not misuse the site, submit false payment proof, or place orders you do not intend to pay for or collect. We may refuse service where we reasonably suspect misuse.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order applies to that order.
